Real Estate Finance Corporation has also held a Mortgage Brokers license and has been active as a Private Money Lender in the Great State of Arizona. Mr. Child is also the Founder and President of MHF Homes which develops Manufactured Home communities in rural parts of Arizona.
Mr. Child began Originating loans in 1989 and has held roles as a Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Banker and Private Money Lender during that time.
Mr. Child is a 1984 Graduate from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance.
Mr. Child has been recognized as a top individual Construction Loan Broker and as a top Mortgage Broker by several National Banks and has been a preferred lender for several top homebuilders in Arizona.
Mr. Child has been a full-time resident of Scottsdale, Arizona since 1985 and has 5 daughters and 8 grandchildren.
